A next-generation high-performance air purification sterilizer created through extensive research and verified experimentally.

This sterilization method of air purification fundamentally destroys the DNA and RNA of harmful bacteria beyond the collection of existing filter methods. These results have been tested and certified by a reputable research institute.

Normal visible light LED sterilization effect

Plasmonic sterilization function using metal semiconductor and photocatalyst (technology transfer from the Korea Institute of Optical Technology)

When a metal semiconductor is contained, light absorption occurs in the visible region (existing photocatalysts absorb only in the ultraviolet region). When an appropriate amount of metal semiconductor is contained, the sterilization function using visible light becomes possible by increasing the amount of light absorption and changing the absorption wavelength band.

Sterilization and degassing principle of Hydroxyl Radical (-OH)

The titanium dioxide stimulated by the light energy of ultraviolet rays is ionized into electrons (e-) and holes (h+) that exceed the energy band. The generation of hydroxyl radicals (oxidizing power of 2.8), sterilizes and decomposes harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (benzene, toluene, xylene).

UV sterilization principle

The sterilization power of ultraviolet rays is proportional to the function of the irradiation angle of the ultraviolet rays, the distance from the light source, and the irradiation time.

E : UVC Irradiation angle (µm min/cm^2), t : Irradiation time (min) Q : Irradiation amount (µm min/cm^2)

  • Measurement method for evaluation items

    E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa: After culturing each bacteria in a sterilization module, irradiate with the light source for more than 2 hours, and then measure the reduction rate of each bacteria.

UV-ultraviolet sterilization principle

The UV sterilization power is proportional to the irradiance (µm/m') of the sterilization line, the distance and irradiation of the light source, and an exponential function of time. The Air-Fit air purifying sterilizer directly destroys the DNA and RNA of pathogens by repeatedly irradiating them with strong UV rays.
